B. Financial Strength (30 Points)
The financial evaluation is based on the institution’s average annual turnover over the last three years.
Higher turnover results in a stronger score under the framework. Applicants must submit audited financial statements and tax returns as supporting evidence.
C. Proposed Campus and Feasibility (20 Points)
Applicants must provide:
- Short video of the proposed site
- Google location or GIS coordinates
- Campus photographs
- Classroom photographs
- Laboratory photographs
- Playground and facility images
- Five-slide presentation about the applicant and proposed site
These materials help PEF assess the feasibility and readiness of the proposed campus.
